Wholesaler​

Customers who are looking for bulk order at wholesale price, you may contact us directly. In order to get wholesale price, we have set up the wholesaler terms and conditions as follow:

1. Tea Products

   Loose tea – Order must be more than 3 kg, you can assorted up to 6 types of tea products. Each type of tea must be minimum 500 gm.
   
   Tea Sachet – Minimum 500 tea sachets per type of tea.

2. Spiritual Products

   We give a discount based on the quantity of order from time to time. There is no fix rate for the spiritual products.

3. After becoming our wholesale customer, we accept next order at least 1 kg to
   maintain the wholesale price.
4. We provide free delivery if order amount more than $200, otherwise we charge $5 courier fees per order. All orders will be dispatched within 1 to 3 working days upon receipt of payment except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday. Tea sachet order will take longer time as both parties agreed.
5. Due to wide variety of the products, we do not have standard list of wholesale price, we advise customers to give us the tea name that interested to order, we will provide the price accordingly. Our wholesale price may valid within 3 months, if customer do not placed the order within 3 months, we will re-quote again the new wholesale price.
6. The wholesale price maybe be adjusted if in the event of increased product cost and shipping rate. However, we will try our best to maintain the same
   wholesale price for as long as possible.
7. For customisation and gift box order, we quote based on the quantity and the
   products chosen. We accept customisation and gift box for one product and
   more. Please note the pricing will be different depending on the number of
   orders.

   Customer need to let us know the information before we are able to quote.
   The information will be (1) Quantity (2) Product (3) Packaging material (4)
   Lead time. Customers also can provide us the packaging material, we are
   able to pack for them as well.

8. We do not send out sample to customers unless agreed by company.
   However, if customer required free samples from us, they can collect at our
   store during office hour. Please notify us in advance so that we can prepare it.

   We only give 3 types of tea samples at 15 gram each. We will charge the sample fees from forth item onward, for every 15 gm we charge $4. We do not give spiritual item sample, customers can buy directly from our store.
